Knowledgeable volunteers who provide industry related expertise (e.g. education, homelessness, retail, real estate, construction etc.) and/or as-needed counsel and support on specific issues (e.g. legal, financial, board, etc).

Kingdom-minded sacrificial givers who desire to see the global Church unleashed locally.

A local leader who has a dream to build and lead work of Gospel impact. This could be accomplished through churches, non-profits, businesses, or other ventures. We have proven resources and the strategic plans to meet the needs of each unique leader. We work with leaders who are Christ-centered, humble, persistent, and collaborative.

LINC empowers local leaders to impact their communities through the Gospel. We are raising up leaders so that everyONE would experience the Gospel in terms they understand from someone they know. Our commitment to the leader is that NO Leader Walks Alone in that venture. We come alongside leaders to 

1. develop their unique plan
2. grow in their leadership
3. build a network for the support they need

In 2021, LINC Bay Area held more than 250 one-on-one coaching sessions, held 25 training sessions, equipped 15 leaders with coaching skills, and worked with 30 leaders in different stages of their God-given dream.
