We work to engage, equip, and empower courageous leaders of impact in communities around the world.
LINC is a faith-driven 501(c)3 organization. We operate in cities and communities across the globe, and offer programs to coach and mentor local leaders to make an eternal difference in their own communities.
What We Do
LINC was founded with the vision of connecting with unreached communities extending beyond the church’s traditional scope of ministry. We believe that every person is made in God’s image and holds tremendous potential for transformation when they’re engaged, equipped, and empowered to serve their community. Our unique model encourages personal development and inspires the leader to multiply their impact through effective discipleship. We identify local leaders, guide them into discovering their true identity in Christ, and equip them to help others to do the same. The empowering result is fruitful impact in their own lives, the lives of others and their entire community — both for this life and the life to come.
Our mission is to empower local leaders to start new ministries that impact their communities with the Gospel.
Our philosophy is guided by our core values:
Indigenous Leadership – We are committed to working through the people that already live in our communities.
Ethnic Diversity – We believe that God loves all people regardless of race, color & language.
Holistic Ministry – We follow Jesus’ model of ministry to the whole person.
Courageous Mission – We take risks in order to reach the lost.
Collaboration – Our default position is partnership with others to achieve greater impact.
Thank you for stopping by, and we hope you’ll join us on this faithful journey to empower people to do courageous things in their communities around the world.
