We work exclusively with Christ-centered leaders. So too we work exclusively with Christ-centered coaches who exhibit the fruit of the Spirit and stand firmly on the authority of the Bible.
We look for coaches who have a humble heart. Humble coaches are quick to point out the contributions of others and slow to seek attention for their own. They know how to listen first and speak second. Â They are honest about their own faults. They know how to receive both praise and criticism in a God-honoring way.Â
We seek coaches who are slow to get flustered. No matter how busy they are, they know how to set it all aside when it is time to be fully present with another person.Â
We work with collaborative coaches who focus on âweâ rather than âmeâ and have a willingness to enter into and work through conflict. They are interpersonally appropriate and aware. They have good judgment and intuition around the subtleties of group dynamics and the impact of their words and actions.
