We work exclusively with Christ-centered leaders. There are many great causes out there; we exist to serve the greatest cause, the Gospel of Jesus. Though our leaders work in many different sectors of the world, the one thing they all have in common is that they are unapologetically followers of Jesus Christ and stand firmly on the authority of the Bible.

We look for leaders who have a humble heart. Humble leaders are quick to point out the contributions of others and slow to seek attention for their own. They share credit, emphasize team over self and define success collectively rather than individually. They are honest about their own faults. They know how to receive both praise and criticism in a God-honoring way. 

We seek leaders who have a persistent spirit. Meaning that they are self- motivated and diligent. They are constantly thinking about the next step and the next opportunity. They fight through adversity and are committed to their calling, even when it gets hard. 

We work with collaborative leaders who focus on “we” rather than “me” and have a willingness to enter into and work through conflict.  They are interpersonally appropriate and aware. They have good judgment and intuition around the subtleties of group dynamics and the impact of their words and actions.
