One of every three people in the Bay Area are foreign born. The ânationsâ are no longer âover there somewhere.â Theyâre here. Communities and leaders are more diverse than ever, as are the needs of both. For our leaders in the Bay Area, the desire to connect with their community is present but they need a guide to make meaningful and sustained connections. At LINC Bay Area we believe working with others leads to greater and lasting impact.
