Pastor Aaron Putnam is first and foremost a sinner saved by grace and a sold out, all in, fully-devoted follower of Jesus Christ. He is very blessed to be husband to Sofia and dad to their four boys: Javier, Seth, Josué and Marcos.

After several years teaching high school and several more serving as a volunteer in Guatemala, Aaron attended and then graduated from Concordia Seminary in 2008. Before taking on his role as city director of LINC Bay Area, he served as a church planter focused on ministry with Hispanics, assisted with the planting of two East African churches, and opened doors for the replant of an English speaking multiethnic church.

Aaron enjoys hiking, playing sports and traveling with his family. And when he’s not doing that, he loves to encourage and equip emerging leaders in the Bay Area as they use their gifts to the glory of God and the blessing of our communities.
