Peer cohorts are where leaders work together to implement their plans. These cohorts are facilitated by experienced mentors. The cohorts are typically venture specific. They offer accountability, expertise and friendship along the way to implementing your God-given dream.

A spiritual support network to help you grow Spiritually
Spiritual Care is the foundational element to all of LINC’s programming. In addition to gaining high-quality training from experienced leaders LINC walks with leaders in their Spiritual development. We pray for, care for and love-on leaders by building a Spiritual support network around them.

Financial support to help move your mission forward
Catalyst Grants are financial grants that are strategically given to help move the local mission forward. Leaders who have gone through the Mission Accelerator Program and participated in a Peer Cohort automatically qualify for a potential grant. Grants are awarded through local city leadership and no application is required.

Kingdom Minded
We work exclusively with Christ-centered leaders. There are many great causes out there; we exist to serve the greatest cause, the Gospel of Jesus. Though our leaders work in many different sectors of the world, the one thing they all have in common is that they are unapologetically followers of Jesus Christ and stand firmly on the authority of the Bible.
Humble Heart
We look for leaders who have a humble heart. Humble leaders are quick to point out the contributions of others and slow to seek attention for their own. They share credit, emphasize team over self and define success collectively rather than individually. They are honest about their own faults. They know how to receive both praise and criticism in a God-honoring way.
Persistent Will
We seek leaders who have a persistent spirit. Meaning that they are self- motivated and diligent. They are constantly thinking about the next step and the next opportunity. They fight through adversity and are committed to their calling, even when it gets hard.
Collaborative Spirit
We work with collaborative leaders who focus on “we” rather than “me” and have a willingness to enter into and work through conflict. They are interpersonally appropriate and aware. They have good judgment and intuition around the subtleties of group dynamics and the impact of their words and actions.

Yes, LINC has many different ways to connect as a volunteer. Some options are to serve alongside of local leaders in their work, other ways are to support through prayer, writing notes and other methods of encouragement. Connecting with the City Director closest to you is the best way to get connected as a volunteer.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors LINC is able to offer the highest quality resources at minimal (if any) cost. We do charge per seat for the Mission Accelerator because we’ve learned it creates greater investment for participants. The charge is a fraction of the total cost for the program.
Most of our LINC leaders are connected to multiple networks. We believe in the power of Kingdom collaboration. In fact, we often help leaders to make new network connections and denominational affiliations as we assist in building their personal networks.
