SoCal Leaders Clarify Dreams with LINC Resources
Since the launch of the Leadership Pathway and the Step by Step Guide workbooks earlier in February and March (and at the beginning of the Covid-19 situation), LINC SoCal has been able to set up multiple cohorts to guide ministry leaders through these resources virtually.
From July through September, six cohorts with a total of 14 ministry leaders used the Step by Step Guide to clarify their God-given dreams: dreams of starting a Community Crisis Center, reaching the unreached, planting a church for the under-discipled and overexploited creatives and artists, birthing a new ministry to minister to vulnerable children, creating a third safe space – Makerspace, and more.Â
We are also anticipating the launch of the Leadership Pathway version 2.0 later this year as we have many more leaders excited to learn and grow with this new tool as well.
We have many potential leaders desiring to go through these resources; however, our capacity is limited. I invite you to join me in praying for expanding our local team so we can broaden our support and more leaders will be engaged and empowered.
