What does LINC do?
LINC raises up local and congregational leaders to impact their communities through the Gospel. We walk with those who have a Spirit-led vision, but donât know where to start. With our customized resources and expert training, we make sure that NO LEADER WALKS ALONE.Â
It starts when we Engage a leader who has a God-given dream. Sometimes leaders are referred to us and other times we connect with them in an organic way through a partnering congregation, LINC-led seminar, or âchanceâ meeting. No matter how these leaders cross our path, we are listening and prepared to respond.Â

Once a leader partners with LINC, we begin to Equip them. We know each leader is unique, so we help them create their Leadership Pathway. We help leaders develop a unique coaching and development plan for that leader based on some questions that include:Â
1) Where are they personally/spiritually/academically as a leader?Â
2) What type of ministry are they leading?Â
3) How are they able to articulate ministry goals?Â

 Once weâve formulated a custom Leadership Pathway with the leader, then begins the journey of walking with them as we Empower those leaders to impact their community with the Gospel. We walk with the every step of the way (providing prayer support, like-minded peer groups, and regular coaching sessions). We connect them to and help build a network for the support each leader needs.Â

Our City Directors and Coaches are also backed by a national team that can help navigate administrative challenges, too. A leader might wonder – How do I keep up with payroll, file legal paperwork, address IT needs and figure out my school options, all while trying to actually do ministry, too?? Yes, we can help with that too.Â
